Click ‘Continue’ in the lower right corner of your screen.

Place the piece of cardstock onto your cutting mat for your first layer, select your material and load your mat into your Cricut® machine.

Now, unload your mat and gently remove the cardstock. Remove any pieces left around or within the cutout and discard.

Repeat Steps 3-4 for each remaining layer in your design.

Use a tape runner to assemble banner pieces and thread onto a piece of yarn.

Hang the banner across the top tier of your cart and use tape to attach it on the sides.

Make a few tassels from the yarn by wrapping it around your hand. Slide it off. Cut a long piece of yarn for hanging and slide it through the yarn wrapped loop bundle and tie a knot keeping them together. Next tie a piece of yarn under the hanging piece and trim the bottom of the loops making a fringe. Repeat for all tassels. Tape them to the cart so they hang in front and tuck a piece of flower into the top of the tassel.

Cut some floral foam and place it into the cart accessory bins. Cut floral stems off a bush and add flowers for a decoration.
TIP: This is a super cute presentation that can be emptied and used for storage when desired.

Place the cart topper on the cart and present cookies, breakfast or anything else fun on the top.
