Design Process for Premades
Premades come as they are, with the exception of customizing the header/logo and banners with your store or business name. We do not offer any revisions to the templates themselves. Once you have purchased your template, I will need your store admin login and password and any other information you might want me to know about your business. It takes me anywhere from 2 to 5 days to get your template installed from the time I recieve your login and password info.
Design Process for Custom Orders
Once you purchase your custom design, I will send you a survey to fill out and return to me. This is to help me get to know more about you, your business, your style, and how you envision your site. It's very important that your answers are very detailed.
Once I get your Survey back, I start to design your site based on your answers. Next I will send you a static sample site for you to review and then we'll do revisions based on your feedback from there, I allow 2 rounds of major revisions and then I charge $35 an hour thereafter.
I offer 30 days of support once your site is finished, and beyond that, my hourly rate is $35 an hour.
